These values seemed to exude from each of them:

Challenge : Do not relax until you convert your ideas into reality. Be crazy about your vision. Do not let critics stop you.

Challenge : The internet proves to be an advantage in wealth creation.

• Despite their heady success, all of these young world-beaters seem to remain refreshingly kids at heart.

Challenge : At the peak of your attainments, still remain humble. Do not look down on your peers or teachers, they still have significant roles to play in your lives.

• They thought differently even if the type of thing they wanted to do already existed.

Challenge : Think out of the box. You can come up with better versions of already existing things. Do not just reinvent the wheels, build on successful templates. Some features of Facebook can be added to your site, and other methods like that.

• They understood their times. They knew the rave of the moment, and built their solutions around it.

Challenge: Do not create solutions that are not relevant to your time.
 Taking cues from these young internet entrepreneurs would go a long way in revolutionizing your IT career.

 3.Delegate duties.
  You don't have to be the one to do everything.Give the less important duties to someone else so that you can do the ones only you can do best.
 Running personal errands is a waste of time.Robert W. Bly put forth this tactic of hiring a personal assistant or using some of the many personal services firms to do this stuff for you.Let someone do the shopping,cooking,watering the plants,washing the clothes and cleaning the house.Pay them moderate fees.This fee would have lower monetary value than what you would achieve in that period.
 4.Prioritize your activities.
  One of the best way to do this is to use the ABCDE method.
 A Item-The very important task that must be done or else you'll face serious consequences.If it is more than one,prioritize them by writing A-1,A-2,..
 B Item-It is what you should do.It has mild consequences.
 C Item-It is something that would be nice to do but for which there are no consequences at all,whether you do it or not.
 D Item-It can be delegated to someone else,giving you more time for the A tasks.
 E Item-It can be eliminated and it won't make any real difference.It may be a habit.
  Do the most critical tasks at your peak moment.This is when you'r freshest and most energetic.It varies in persons.It may be morning,afternoon or midnight.At this time,avoid interruption.Let every one around you know that during these hours,certainly you are unavailable.
  Start with a list of everything you have to do for the coming day.
  According to the 80/20 rule,20% of your activities will account for 80% of your results.Therefore,"you must adamantly refuse to work on tasks in the bottom 80% while you still have tasks in the top 20% left to be done."-Brian Tracy.
5.Do things that pertain to your goals.
 Strictly cut off things that do not allign with your dreams.Abraham Lincoln visited courtrooms whenever he could.It gave him matchless reverence from those that knew him.Folks were puzzled by the gangly young giant.He talked about things nobody but a lawyer or teacher could understand.Do you know he grew up to be a lawyer,and later U.s 16th president? That is why someone said that going purposefully to a place,the memory of such a place sticks to your mind,and consciously or unconsciously,your mind acts on such information and begins to negotiate a place for you  in that place.Feed your memory with thoughts of places that will help you,your billion dollar idea may just be in your visits to one of these places.
 Go all in all and be all out for your dreams.Have and spend time with mentors that possess outstanding qualities you admire.Try to eliminate unproductive activities that may be fun but don't lighten your workload.Participate only in groups whose worth you believe in and are personally enthusiastic about.
 If you feel you need relaxing with a TV,try this instead.Flip on the radio to music you like.Let the sound surround you.Have a refreshing beverage or snack.Set in front of you all the materials you've not had time to read-mags,newspapers,journals,books,comics,and the likes.Then read them for fun and interests.This equals similar pleasure and relaxation from TV.
 Tell folks who make calls for pleasure that you are too busy to talk and that you will call them back when you're free.
6.Direct your energies rightly
  Don't force yourself to do a task(e.g a topic) when you get bored with it,except you have a limited time for using that knowledge.Pick up something more interesting to you.with this,you would be able to achieve more in less time,rather than going through a line a million times.
  Try getting up one hour earlier and do something difficult.This time,you have more oxygen in your brain.The brain is critically dependent upon blood flow and requires one-fourth of all the blood pumped by your heart.

  It is so obvious how this little boy who was born in a log cabin in Kentucky grew to be a man who achieved great literary feats merely through effective time usage.He is said to have delivered at
Gettysburg,one of the most beautiful addresses ever spoken by mortal man.

It is of no doubt that the greatest capital a business man has is time.What a paradigm of effective time management and rejection of mediocrity Abraham Lincoln was.
Fondly called Abe,Abraham Lincoln practiced reading and writing every evening.He had attended "blab school" less than 12 months in his entire life.There were no books,at which the students repeated the teacher's words aloud.Robinson in his book,"Lincoln as a man of utters" referred to him as a self-educated man.Nancy Lincoln,his mom said of him "The only time Abe loses his temper is when he doesn't understand something he reads or hears."
The farmers and merchants,the lawyers and litigants with whom he associated in the 8th Judicial district of Illinois possessed no magic with words.But Lincoln did not squander all his time with his mental equals and inferiors.This attests to the fact that those with whom you spend your time determines the kind of leap you get in life.It decides whether you will still be crawling with paucity of information or soaring with avalanche of ideas.Ideas rule the world-remember.He made boon companions out of the elite minds,the singers,the poets of the ages.
Carve your nitche with the great and you will definitely end up being great.Note that if you mingle with those whose mental capacities equal yours or appear less,you have started planning your mental drift.

Professor Emerton soothingly described Abe thus "He was no longer at school,but was simply educating himself by the only pedagogical method which ever yet produced,any results anywhere,namely,by the method of his own tireless energy in continuous study and practice."
Be a thief of time.Master your seconds,learn to steal the moments.Abe read books again and again.He had it etched on his mind that one careless moment could end his life.
Earning 31 cents daily on Pigeon Creek farms of Indiana,once he read about John Bunyan and made up his mind he wouldn't end up in the woods.He said to himself,"I too can be uncommonly useful." You make a firm resolve about your success and take off the limits.
It is heart-rending how many people have settled for mediocrity.John Mason once said "Life is too short to think small."He also wrote that "the answer to your future lies outside the confines you have right now."
Lincoln had a burning desire to improve himself.He loved the woods,but he did not want to spend a lifetime cutting down trees.When he read George Washington,he was thrilled and scratched these words on the soil:"Good boys who to their books apply will all be great to me by and by."
If you have been following through,you would've noticed that Lincoln read a lot.I once was urging an acquaintance to read wide,but he was just like,what is the need and only cared about his academic success.Manage your time well and develop your whole man.
He disciplined himself to produce crisp,clear and simple sentences.He once wrote to a friend "Always bear in mind that your own resolution to succeed is more important than any other one thing."That is why Rev. Sam Adeyemi said "You can not change a person's life without changing his perspective."
6 HOT TIME MANAGEMENT TIPS
1.Steal the moments.
Value your seconds.I learnt taking a book with me everywhere from Abraham Lincoln.Every moment he took a break from work,he read.Later in his life,he wrote the secret to a young man eager to become a successful lawyer "It is only to get the books and to read and study them carefully.Work,work,work is the main thing."
You can get through a book easily in a short time.Just use this method.Tear out specific number of pages each morning,put them in your hip pocket.Read the pages with you while waiting for elevators,buses,food,appointments,when waiting in bank lines,even when on hold on the phone.Like a magic,you would have pawed through the pages of the book that seemingly looked enormous to you in a few days.After you have read those pages,replace them in the book,tear out another number of pages.When through with them all,put a rubber band around the covers to hold the loose pages in place,or use a tape of gum.It is better to have a book mutilated like this,than to have it neat-spined on your library shelves unread.
2.Evaluate your life daily.
Take a stock of what you do with your time daily and how long you did it daily.This could be one of the hardest things to do,but just keep at it.Abe treasured Ben Franklin's book where he detailed how he improved himself by setting goals for each day and at the end of the day reviewed how well he succeeded.
Also in the letter he wrote to the sanguine lawyer,he recommended Arnold Bennett's book "How to Live on Twenty-four hours a day".He said "This book would be as stimulating as a cold bath.It will tell you about the most interesting of all subjects-yourself.It will reveal to you how much time you are wasting each day,how to stop the wastage,and how to utilise what you salvage.
Hard facts about an average man's life time include-
20 years of sleeping
6 years of watching TV
5 years of dressing and shaving
3 years of waiting for others
1 year on the telephone and
4 months of tying shoes
Critically looking at it,if you live in a busy city like some parts of Lagos presently,consider spending 10 years in traffic.So you need to get organized.Plan a day ahead.
